Reline uses Email OTP based login.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
Any activity done using your account will be considered your responsibility.
3️⃣ Orders & Deliveries
- Orders placed on Reline are subject to availability.
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
4️⃣ Pricing & Payments
- All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Payments can be made using UPI or wallet balance.
- Reline reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
5️⃣ Wallet & Cashback
- Wallet balance is non-transferable.
- Cashback and referral rewards are promotional and can be changed or stopped at any time.
- Wallet balance cannot be redeemed for cash unless a withdrawal feature is available.
6️⃣ Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- Return or refund requests must follow Reline’s Return Policy.
- Reline reserves the right to approve or reject any request.
- Refunds (if approved) will be credited to wallet or original payment method.
7️⃣ User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Abuse delivery staff or support
- Attempt fraud or misuse promotions
- Use bots, fake accounts, or exploit the system
Violation may result in permanent account suspension.
8️⃣ Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, content, and brand name Reline belong to Reline.
You may not copy or use any content without written permission.
9️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Reline is not responsible for:
- Delays in delivery
- Technical issues
- Loss caused due to incorrect user information
- Temporary unavailability of the platform
