1️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, contact customer support immediately.

2️⃣ Eligible Refunds

You can request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired or spoiled
  • The product is missing

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.


3️⃣ Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Wrong address or customer unavailability
  • Incorrect order placed by customer
  • Normal taste or preference issues

4️⃣ How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order ID and reason
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

Reline reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests.


5️⃣ Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to:
    • Reline Wallet or
    • Original UPI payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

6️⃣ Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, no refund will be provided. A re-delivery may be scheduled.


7️⃣ Fraud Prevention

Reline monitors refund requests.
Accounts abusing the refund system may be blocked permanently.
