1️⃣ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel an order, contact customer support immediately.
2️⃣ Eligible Refunds
You can request a refund if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired or spoiled
- The product is missing
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
3️⃣ Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Items damaged after delivery
- Wrong address or customer unavailability
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Normal taste or preference issues
4️⃣ How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide your order ID and reason
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
Reline reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests.
5️⃣ Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to:
- Reline Wallet or
- Original UPI payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
6️⃣ Delivery Issues
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, no refund will be provided. A re-delivery may be scheduled.
7️⃣ Fraud Prevention
Reline monitors refund requests.
Accounts abusing the refund system may be blocked permanently.
